What Customers Mention Most
Across the verified reviews we've collected, three themes come up repeatedly: calmer cravings, steadier afternoon energy, and appreciation for the liquid, stimulant-free format.
On Appetite and Cravings
“Within a few weeks I wasn't reaching for snacks out of habit as much,” wrote one verified customer, a pattern echoed by several others.
On Steady Energy
“I feel steadier through the afternoon instead of crashing,” shared another reviewer — a theme that recurs across the feedback we've reviewed.
On the Guarantee
Several reviewers specifically mention that the 60-day guarantee gave them the confidence to try the product in the first place.
A Balanced Picture
Not every review is uniformly glowing — some note it took longer than expected to notice anything, reinforcing that consistency and diet matter.
